LendInvest the London based buy-to-let finance and bridging finance house, has reintroduced higher Loan To Values (LTVs) of 75% for its Bridging Finance products.
Unregulated Bridging Loans are available from LendInvest from £75,000 up to £15m.
Residential bridging rates include:
- from 0.55% up to 50% LTV
- from 0.69% up to 65% LTV
- from 0.80% up to 75% LTV
Funding rates start from 0.80% per month.
LendInvest has also updated its commercial bridging range, with semi-commercial bridging and commercial loans now available up to 70% LTV with rates starting from 0.79%, and up to 65% LTV with rates starting from 0.90%.
Land loans can be offered up to 65% LTV, with rates starting from 0.90%.
Loan sizes for these products range between £250,000 and £15m.
In addition, it has also refreshed its development exit product, with a maximum LTV bracket of 70% and rates starting from 0.55%, with loan sizes from £250,000-10m.
